PAYMENT

Payment in full shall be made twenty-eight(28) days prior to the date of arrival.
Payment can be mad by bank transfers in Euro or cash.
We also accept major credit cards(Visa, Master, Diners, Amex)

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you or any other member of your partydecides to cancel your confirmed booking you must notify us in writing. Your notice of cancellation will only take effect when it is received in writing by us at our offices or by email. Since we incur costs in cancelling your arrangements,you will have to pay the applicable cancellation charges.
 

INDIVIDUAL BOOKING 

  1. Cancellation on or after the 25th day prior to the day preceding the date of the commencement of the tour(excluding [2] to [5]) 20% of the tour fee
  2. Cancellation on or after the 10th day prior to the day preceding the date of the commencement of the tour(excluding [3] to [5]) 30% of the tour fee
  3. Cancellation on or after the 4th day prior to the day preceding the date of the commencement of the tour 40% of the tour fee
  4. Cancellation on the day preceding the tour starts 50% of the tour fee
  5. Failure to show up without notice or cancellation after the commencement of the tour 100% of the tour fee

GROUP BOOKING

  1. Cancellation on or after the 35th day prior to the day preceding the date of the commencement of the tour(excluding [2] to [5]) 10% of the tour fee
  2. Cancellation on or after the 10th day prior to the day preceding the date of the commencement of the tour(excluding [3] to [5]) 30% of the tour fee 
  3. Cancellation on or after the 4th day prior to the day preceding the date of the commencement of the tour 50% of the tour fee
  4. Cancellation on the day preceding the tour starts 70% of the tour fee
  5. Failure to show up without notice or cancellation after the commencement of the tour 100% of the tour fee

 
Note:
If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges. We will deduct the cancellation charges from any monies you have already paid to us.

COURIER AND GUIDE SERIVICES

English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and any other available language speaking couriers/guides can be arranged upon your request. 

LIABILITY

Japan P.I.Travel acts as an agent for carriers, hotels and all other contractors
and disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, changes of schedule or other irregularities, caused by or arising from circumstances beyond its control.
No liability will be taken for damage to baggage or personal injury.
